"D" Series

The sliding door “D” series is a complete filling/de-fragmentation station for simultaneous filling of up to 12 SCBA/SCUBA cylinders. Available filling pressures for these models are 2216, 3000, 4500, or 5500 PSIG. Dual pressure filling, remote fill access, and manual or automatic cascade controls are also available as optional add-ons. The Jordair D series fill stations are the safest filling stations offered in Canada for the containment and recharging of breathing air SCBA cylinders.

This containment cabinet encloses both the cylinders and the filling hoses with a ½” plate steel sliding front access door for ease of access and operator safety. The frame is designed to contain an SCBA/SCUBA cylinder failure or ruptured fill hose. The door must be closed and locked before cylinders can be recharged, a toggle activated valve automatically stops air flow to the filling points as soon as the door is opened. Heavy wall schedule 80 steel 8” pipe is used to contain the SCBA cylinders within the recharge station, 10” is also available for SCUBA filling.

The user-friendly control panel features filling pressure gauges, inlet and outlet gauges, isolated shut-off valves, and 6000 PSIG rated adjustable regulator. The fill station also features isolation valve at the inlet and safety relief valves to protect both the filling cylinders and your air storage system.

All recharge hose assemblies are equipped with restriction orifices set to the CSA Z94.4 rate of 300 psig per minute, to control filling speed.

All D series fill stations have been third party tested and certified to 5500 psig by Intertek and Power Tech Labs.
