Dear Bauer / Jordair Customers,
We are pleased to provide an update to the joint sales & marketing approach in Canada between Bauer Compressors Inc., based in Norfolk, Virginia, and Jordair Compressors Inc., based in Delta, BC, Canada. Please note the following highlights of this joint venture agreement:
Jordair is the sole exclusive Distributor for all Bauer products in Canada. Customers in Canada now have the choice of purchasing both Jordair packaged products which contain a Bauer compressor and Bauer manufactured Compressor Systems from the USA and Germany at a competitive price.
We are excited to announce that the new state-of-the-art Bauer RFIDProTM SCBA tracking system and the B-VIRUS FREETM inlet air anti-virus UV protection system are now both available through Jordair in Canada.
To assure 100% customer satisfaction, Jordair have expanded their operations in Ontario and Quebec in order to provide world-class customer support for the Jordair and Bauer product portfolios. The includes the addition of service technical resources as well as an extended spare parts availability.
In addition to expanding our customer support resources, we are pleased with the addition of David Baton as Industrial Sales Manager for Eastern Canada. David, who is located in Montreal, Quebec, brings with him over 15 years of experience as an industrial application/sales specialist with Bauer Compressors in France.
Jordair has an existing, well-established distribution network across Canada of national and regional dealers who supply local sales and service support. In addition to the Delta, BC, factory and headquarters, Jordair also maintains two sales offices in the Calgary area, with Tim Balcome for breathing air sales and Willie Romero the Western Industrial Sales Manager. Jordair has trained over 1,500 distributor and end-user service personnel over the past few years to maintain factory-trained service personnel in all regions of Canada.
